For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for a Test Manager (UAT Management).
Description of role: The E2E UAT Test Manager is responsible for ensuring that business requirements are fully validated through structured TS End-to-End User Acceptance Testing. The role acts as the bridge between project management, CJE and the testing team, safeguarding that delivered solutions meet functional, non-functional, and regulatory expectations.
Key responsibilities:
• Requirements validation: Translate business and functional requirements into clear UAT test objectives, scenarios, and acceptance criteria. Ensure full coverage of critical end-to-end business flows.
• Test strategy & planning: Define the overall UAT approach, scope, entry/exit criteria, timelines, and required resources. Align with program milestones and release plans.
• Stakeholder alignment: Coordinate between Change Lead (me), CJE and test team to confirm that requirements are understood and testable. Act as single point of contact for requirement-to-test traceability.
• E2E test execution oversight: Manage UAT execution across systems, teams, and geographies. Monitor progress, defects, and risks. Escalate issues and drive resolution with Change Lead and CJE.
• Quality governance: Maintain requirement traceability matrices (RTM), ensure defects are logged against requirements, and provide transparency through status reporting.
• Sign-off readiness: Facilitate business sign-off by providing evidence that all critical requirements have been successfully validated, or that risks are documented and accepted.
Skills & competencies:
• Strong understanding of business processes and requirements management.
• Experience in UAT management across multiple systems (E2E scope).
• Ability to translate requirements into testable acceptance criteria.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and pragmatic in balancing quality with delivery timelines.
