Omschrijving:
For our client in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Senior IT Integrator (Cross-Domain Programmes, Data Management Landscapes)
We are looking for a senior IT Integrator IV to represent the Data Management & Platforms IT Area in two strategic international programmes: One Business Banking and Silverline.
You will act as the single point of contact in the IT Area, coordinate programme impact across the data landscape, and drive alignment, decisions and delivery across the involved teams and stakeholders.
One Business Banking is international Business Banking transformation program, scaling the Dutch platform into a reusable solution for multiple countries. This program affects multiple data sources, data platforms and existing and new data consumers within our client. Silverline extends the Dutch platform and Private Banking proposition to Luxembourg. The program partially reuses One Business Banking capabilities and principles where applicable.
For Data Management & Platforms, you will coordinate the changes and dependencies brought by those two programs. Both One Business Banking and Silverline will result in new internal consumers of the data lake, and enabling that requires changes across many existing data sources and solutions.
Your responsibilities
• Area-level ownership: Maintain control over the complete One Business Banking and Silverline scope affecting Data Management & Platforms
• End-to-end delivery: Coordinate the delivery of programme-related changes across the Data Management landscape, from impact assessment through implementation, testing and production readiness
• Dependency Management: Identify and manage cross-programme, cross-country and cross-domain dependencies, across Data Management landscape and connected solutions and data sources
• Stakeholder management: Build and maintain alignment across programme leadership, Product Leads, architects, engineers and affected stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Governance and decision-making: Drive decision-making, escalation and governance processes within the IT Area, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and architectural principles
• Reporting: Provide clear reporting on scope, progress, dependencies, risks, decisions and delivery readiness to both programme and senior management stakeholders.
• Risk management: Identify, manage and resolve delivery, operational and data-related risks and issues affecting programme outcomes
• Agile Delivery: Operate in an international Agile setup, ensuring structured delivery despite ambiguity
What do you need to succeed
Must-haves:
• 10+ years of experience in IT Integrator, Programme Manager, Delivery Lead or similar role in complex IT environments
• Proven experience leading large, cross-domain programmes in complex environments
• Strong practical understanding of Data Management landscapes, including data lakes, DWH, data sourcing, ingestion, transformation and consumption
• Ability to understand how changes to a source or data product affect multiple consuming systems, reports, processes and teams
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple Product Leads, architects, engineering teams and business stakeholders
• Proven experience managing complex dependencies across organisational boundaries, domains and countries
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across Business, IT and Architecture
• Strong decision-making skills and the confidence to challenge unclear demand or deviations from agreed principles
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear decisions, actions and reporting for different audiences
• Experience working in agile delivery environments
• Fluent English, both spoken and written
Nice-to-haves:
• Experience in banking, previous experience at a large bank
• Experience with international rollouts, country onboarding or platform scaling initiatives
• Knowledge of data governance, data ownership, data processing agreements and data lineage
