OKR Coach Retail Branche

We are looking for an experienced and inspiring OKR Coach to support the implementation of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) across our organization. Over the next 10 months, you will play a pivotal role in embedding OKRs as a working methodology for our 60 development teams, helping us strengthen business-IT alignment and drive strategic focus.

What You’ll Do
• Train teams in the OKR methodology with clarity, conviction, and enthusiasm.
• Provide hands-on coaching and guidance during OKR cycles.
• Facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and alignment sessions.
• Support leadership and team leads in adopting OKRs as a continuous improvement tool.
• Help build a sustainable OKR culture that fosters transparency, accountability, and engagement.

Who You Are
• A seasoned OKR practitioner with a proven track record in large-scale implementations.
• Able to connect with teams at all levels—empathetic, approachable, and flexible.
• You bring calm and clarity, even in complex environments.
• Skilled in change management and organizational coaching.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
