For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for an IT Integrator / Project Manager
Within Business Banking program, you will take ownership of coordinating delivery tracks across multiple Tribes, ensuring that dependencies are understood, risks are surfaced early, and progress remains on track on a very dynamic environment of this rapidly scaling and ambitious programme.
Your responsibilities
Within this assignment, you will work on:
• Effective Delivery: Plan, report, steer & coordinate work across several tribes/teams within Business Banking program. Manage cross tribe dependencies, identifying and mitigating risks early, define and maintain the delivery approach. Ensure end to end delivery, from project initiation through execution and production roll out, in a very dynamic environment .
• Cross Functional Collaboration: Work with developers, business counterparts, architects, and programme management across multiple Tribes. Build alignment among a very high number of stakeholders and ensure that cross tribe communication flows smoothly.
• Guidance and Oversight: Coordinate delivery across several teams, ensuring adherence to architectural guidelines, integration patterns, best practices and program timelines. Facilitate decision making where multiple teams or Tribes intersect.
• Innovative Analysis: Dive into business requirements and connect them with technical realities across the broader landscape. Provide insight into the complex business and IT environment so stakeholders can make fact based decisions on priorities, trade offs, and timelines.
• Creative Problem Solving: Remove impediments by actively connecting people and information across Tribes. Find pragmatic, innovative solutions that keep delivery moving. Act as the liaison when issues span organisational or functional boundaries.
• Reporting: Prepare clear, structured reporting for all relevant stakeholders — from detailed progress updates to high level executive summaries. Highlight dependencies, risks, decisions, and upcoming milestones.

Must haves
• 10+ years in IT project management / IT integration, ideally in complex, multi team environments.
• Ability to manage complex IT projects end to end (from initiation & scoping to the end of execution), understanding of IT project lifecycle
• Proven experience leading large scale, cross domain delivery in Agile organisations.
• The ability to successfully communicate from engineering to senior / executive management level
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage 40–80+ people effectively.
• Ability to operate in fast changing environments while maintaining delivery focus.
• Excellent communication skills, able to switch from deep dive detail to executive level summary effortlessly.
• Strong problem solving, structured thinking, and creativity in removing impediments.
• Experience in banking; very preferable in Business Banking.
• Fluent English.
Nice to haves
• Experience working at ING is a strong preference
• A master’s degree in IT (Engineering) or equal by experience
