For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for an IT Integrator (platform technologies, cloud services, and integration patterns)
The IT Integrator is responsible for the coordination and management of large-scale, cross-domain IT initiatives. This role acts as a strategic bridge between business and IT, ensuring the successful, timely, and cost-effective delivery of complex IT solutions that support the project s mission and objectives. The Senior IT Integrator drives collaboration, oversees project governance, and facilitates the implementation of technology-driven change across multiple teams, tribes, and organizational boundaries.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Planning
Define interdependencies and estimations for features and epics with stakeholders, resulting in a comprehensive IT implementation plan for initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
Engage and collaborate with architects, asset owners (Tribe Lead, Product Area Lead, Product Lead), customer journey experts, operations, data consumers, data owners, IT business analysts, IT custodians, legal, risk, compliance, squads, and external partners within the PSS context.
Governance & Delivery
Define project governance structures with stakeholders.
Work Allocation & Artefacts
Receive work assignments from the Chapter Lead IT Integrator, for cross-domain initiatives.
Set up and coordinate the execution of implementation plans, focusing on collaboration and dependencies across teams and tribes.
Coordinate end-to-end testing and activation of new IT solutions.
Provide regular status reports on IT changes to all relevant organizational levels within the project.
Clarify and agree on responsibilities for business and IT changes with business representatives.
Ensure efficient, effective, and timely feature delivery, proactively identifying and removing obstacles.
Facilitate feature planning, cooperation, and delivery between teams.
Produce and maintain key artefacts: implementation plans, governance documents, status reports, deployment runbooks, master test plans, and project closure reports.

Specific Requirements for project
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of platform technologies, cloud services, and integration patterns.
Certifications (Preferred):
Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or equivalent.
Other Requirements:
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software delivery practices.
Experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
In-depth knowledge of payments systems, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Agile/Scrum Master certification.
ITIL Foundation or higher.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
Demonstrated ability and willingness to share knowledge and present at conferences, seminars, or industry events.
Positioning & Reporting
Reports to the IT Lead and is grouped in chapters with a Chapter Lead IT Integrator.
Not typically part of the IT delivery squad but works closely with delivery squads.
Participate in the IT Integrator community/guild to ensure consistent practices and continuous improvement.
Flexibility
Local circumstances and team sizes may affect reporting lines and responsibilities.
A 70% coverage – 30% flexibility is in line with GJA guidelines.
