For our client in Amsterdam, we are looking for a Fullstack Java DevOps Engineer (Java 21, Spring Boot 3, Elastic, Cloud).
This job is not suitable for freelancers. Candidate must be on the payroll.

Our team scope consists of:
Libraries and APIs that we provide to other teams, to support them in the development of their customer journeys. Examples are frontend components (Lit), analytics (Adobe) and REST APIs (Java) to store user preferences.
The dashboard of our main application, where users start with a view on their product state, actionable items and easy access to products and services that matter. It is the cockpit and signpost of the application. The dashboard is a Java application with a Lit frontend.
The team:
For the DevOps engineer, this is what we look for in candidates:
Senior Java developer (experience with Java 21+, Spring Boot 3).
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment (Azure, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
Experience with monitoring/alerting tools (like Elastic, Log4all, Kibana, Grafana) and incident management software.
Awareness of application security principles. Pré: previous experience in financial organizations.
Experience with test automation.
Good at designing technical solutions (e.g. API design, clean architecture), determining non-functional requirements, able to take initiative and come up with user stories for improvements.
Open minded person who is able to somewhat mediate in discussions in the team and show healthy pragmatism. Proactively involved in establishing a new team. Eager to learn.
Some experience in web frontend development with a component-based framework (e.g. one of Angular, React, Vue, Svelte or Lit).
Pré: banking experience.
